How do I reset my password ?

A: If you lost your login information, username or if you forget your password, click the "Sign In" link at the top of the Home page. The Sign In box, in addition to having the sign in text boxes, will also will have the “Forgot your username” and "Forgot Your Password" links. Choose and click the link of your choice and follow the instructions.

If you chose Forgot Your Password, at this point your old password will be reset and a Password Reset Login Details Recovery message with temporary password will be emailed to you. If you would like to change your temporary password, login with your temporary password and go to your Account Details in your “Personal Information” page under “My Account” tab in the Members Area and type a new password and type your new password again to confirm. However, your new password will not take effect until you log off, and log back on again.

If you chose Forgot Your Username, at this point a Username Retrieval message will be emailed to you with your username.
